Stop the Madness In Darfur

It's completely out of control in this area and the loss of human life, as well as the the sheer terror of the ongoing events can not be ignored. The UN, in their own turtle like movement ways, has been incredibly slow to do anything to stop the bloodshed. President Bush was completely correct in his assessment that the events in Darfur are a total genocidal event. A great deal of peace keepers are needed in this region. The attempts of the UN have not been strong enough, neither has the AU, and if the Sudanese government can not accept the peace keepers then the government itself is failing the people of this region in the Sudan in a horrific way. President Bush has been stellar in Africa with the aid he has given this nation and the lives that the aid has saved. We, the Sudanese, and the international community, are failing the people of the Sudan for not being more proactive and putting people on the ground who can stop the atrocities being committed. I have long spoke out against the Clinton administration for not being more pro-active during the Rwandan genocides, and I am equally disappointed in the Bush administration for not helping out more in this situation as well. I understand that the left's war on the War on Terrorism has severely limited President Bush to push through a great number of agendas that relate to military activities during the last year of his tenure as the leader of the free world, but he should push hard on this issue, as it is one that the entire world can rally around. Even China, who has come around on the issue, should be pushed hard to advocate the proper course of action, and in doing so, he can do both the moral and correct thing while further illustrating a legacy as one of the greatest humanitarian leaders to push for the modernization and advancement of Africa.

Videos from the State of the Union

I admit, this is essentially a repost of two posts from Hot Air, the first video origninates from this post, and the second from this post. What can I say, you just can't add to great posts. Here's the videos:

Notice too that Dems sit first, and that Nancy Pelosi seems to have no idea what "oorah" means and the clueless look on her face.

Bush to Go On Pork Hunt

I'm not a big fan of the stimulus package, which equates to not much more than a short term stimulus that should help out right until election time which is basically just going to be something in which all incumbents will duly remind us. It gets even worse, and even more obscenely transparent when Harry "Defeatist" Reid, wants to make sure he slows down the process and go after some more votes and "add" to the stimulus...I mean deficit. It's pretty much a welfare package and not a true stimulus package as it's not going to increase savings incentives in the long run, nor will it reduce tax rates in the long run for both businesses and consumers, which actually would stimulate the economy through the power of the wage earners who actually drive the economy. However, there's a good silver lining here, and something that will be getting more and more play in the media for sure as the Left will be up in arms. Bush is going to go after earmarks via executive order. It's a great first step, and something that should have happened much earlier in his tenure, but it's still coming down the pike. Perhaps slashing the pork can fund most of the stimulus package, but I doubt it. It's a good move, and he has nothing to lose, it's within his power and there really can't be a challenge to it, and it may make for some great commercials when we see the Lefties in Congress crying about it. Still though, don't think for one second that the Dems are licking their chops at having control of the Legislative and Executive Branches, and the pork that will come as a result will make a Pig Slaughterhouse look like a vegan retreat. This election is of the utmost importance for the fiscal future of our nation. The last time the Dems were in that position was the Carter era...be afraid, be very afraid, if that were to happen.

Bush on the Verge of Doing Something Spectacular?

John Fund has an excellent article entitled "Hold the Pork" published in the Opinion Journal section of the Wall Street Journal. The synopsis of the article, if you don't feel like reading the entire piece (a mistake, by the way, if you don't), is that the Democrats, in order to fulfill their undying hunger for all things pork, stuffed a ton of earmarks into the omnibus spending bill that President Bush can simply ignore the earmarks and direct the funds towards more useful areas, such as, oh, I don't know, funding the war. Here's an excerpt:

What Mr. Bush knows, and Congress doesn't want the taxpayers to know, is that the vast majority of the offending earmarks--the ones that aren't part of the actual budget law and were instead "air-dropped" into the committee report--aren't legally binding. A Dec. 18 legal analysis by the Congressional Research Service found that most of the committee reports have not been formally passed by both houses and "presented" to the President for signing, and thus have not become law. "President Bush could ignore the 90% of earmarks that never make it to the floor of the House or Senate for a vote," says Sen. Jim DeMint of South Carolina, who has read the CRS report. "He doesn't need a line-item veto."

Federal agencies would still be obligated to spend the dollars appropriated by Congress. But they could use the money higher priorities that would benefit all taxpayers, rather than on favors for special interests or political donors. For example, the $700,000 for a bike trail in Minneapolis could be used to rebuild the collapsed bridge in that city and to strengthen others. In addition, under such an executive order, future earmarks would likely have to go through committee hearings and would receive much greater scrutiny and publicity than they do now.

Sure, this move would undoubtedly inflame the Libtards even more than ever, but President Bush needs to make this move for a few reasons. First, they will fight even harder during the next spending bill to stop funding the war that they have been trying to undermine for political reasons. Second, it would set an excellent precedent for Congress to stop earmarking everything imaginable. Third, it would help to undo some of the damage that was done by the increases in government under his watch. Of course, doing out of principal is reason all on its own. What will the Liberals do? How much crying could they possible do over this move? Even they wouldn't be stupid enough to go on TV to attack President Bush for putting a stop to a series of irresponsible and ethically questionable (at best) series of expenditures. Even assuming the Moonbats take full control of the party and try to use this as reason to pursue a failed impeachment proceeding, the effects would blow up in their face because the public wouldn't be so stupid as to not see the real underlying reason that they would only be pursuing this action because they were denied from gouging the taxpayers in outrageous spending provisions that serve as kickbacks to their donors. It should be a slam dunk and rank up there as one of the best moves that President Bush has done during his tenure.

Don't Do It President Bush

News broke today that President George W. Bush is considering an economic stimulus package. It's irresponsible of President Bush to implement such a plan. President Bush has been a far superior President than Clinton ever was, in every way. To do such a thing would tarnish his record. He inherited a recession from Clinton due to tax rates that were too high and over speculations in the market. To date, he has done a pretty solid job of letting the free market reign, and his tax cuts are a major reason why a recession has not started since he took office. It's basic economics that when a tax increase is implemented against what Liberals declare as their enemies, that being corporations and high income earners, the impact is directly passes onto the middle and lower classes as they simply will not absorb a tax increase. This is an inflation tax. As the cost of production rises prices rise. The rich do not feel the impact of this, the middle and lower classes, however, most certainly do feel this impact. This basic logic is lost on the Left.

Among some of the problems with the economy today is the sub-prime market, in which irresponsible lenders, and irresponsible borrowers, have cost the economy dearly. There should be no bail out, there should be no hand-out, the market should be allowed to self correct. By providing these groups with tax funds taken from every individuals' earning, all people are learning is that irresponsible behavior will be rewarded. That's not to say some hardworking, honest people are getting beaten down, but the great majority of those in this market knew exactly what they were getting into. Another reason given is that of rising gas prices. See my previous post for my take on that.

On Wednesday, the Club for Growth release a study that proves that the market under performs when Congress is in session. A so called "stimulus" package that President Bush would put forth would do far more damage than good. First, our deficit is entirely too high, a "stimulus" package would result in a larger deficit. President Bush has done a good job of shrinking the deficit since our government began to run one due to discretionary spending due to the War on Terror. Second, government spending has a very, very, very poor record on actually being effective on what it is used for. Third, Americans need more empowerment to control their own destinies rather than less.

Unless this "stimulus" package would be a drastic reduction in government spending, coupled with a slash in tax rates, it will do far more harm than good. By reducing government spending and cutting taxes, two positives will be achieved. The first positive will be a reduction in deficit spending which will strengthen our dollar. The second positive, by cutting taxes, will be positive for the American tax payer, who is grossly overburdened, and who will have more disposable income and help offset the increase in gas prices. By restoring American citizens to a higher level of income, reducing the inflation tax, and strengthening our dollar, every one will be better off. It is completely mind boggling that President Bush would even consider for a microcosm of a second to follow a plan that would pursue the exact opposite positions and more than likely plunge us into a recession, one the media, and of course, the Liberals have been hoping for just as much as they have been hoping for Iraq to be a failure (old article, as it has long been their sick hope). Hopefully, with the same resolve that President Bush resisted the Liberal love-fest for defeat in Iraq, the Economic lunacy they are seeking will be avoided and turned into a great victory for America.

Slovak Authorities Stop the Sale of Uranium For Use in Dirty Bomb

At the time of this posting, CNN and CBS do not even mention the story on the front page, ABC has it on a small link on the left hand side, surprisingly MSNBC has a rather large text link, but at least Fox has it prominent on their website. God forbid the lefties make a solid mention of this story that at the minimum is very disturbing and at worst cause for major, major alarm. Here's a link the story and here's an excerpt:

"Police were watching the sellers as well as the buyers," Kopcik said. He refused to give more information on the buyers however. The radioactive material was due to be sold for 3,500 dollars a gramme, he added, giving a total price of about 1.6 million dollars (one million euros).

It is the latest in a series of cases involving the sale of radioactive material in Slovakia and the neighbouring Czech Republic.

In 2004, two former Slovak army officers were found guilty by a Czech court of attempting to sell uranium. The two were arrested at a hotel outside Brno in November 2003 after they tried to sell three kilogrammes (6.5 pounds) of the substance.

Refused to give more information on they buyers? That would be extremely relevant, would it not? Remember the Czech's report and their adamant stance that Mohammad Atta was in the Czech Republic prior to the 9/11 attacks? They also said they had evidence that could prove an Iraqi Intelligence officer met with Atta in Prague. The left worked hard to discredit this story even intentionally printing fabrications about what President Havel has said. Read this article for a refresher. The Czech Republic and Slovokia have been taking an active role in the war on terror from the outset, very away of the problem radical Islam has posed. Keep in mind also that the EU has a history of trying to be politically correct to fault, even going so far as trying to hide from the rest of the world that radical Islamists are the ones rioting in the streets of France, firing at police, and being a destructive hoard in general. The importance of this of course, is to show the track record that the EU has of trying to use terms other than Islamic radicals, even the Heathrow attack this year was described by the British as "Asians." The Czechs have been pro-active in helping us in the War on Terror as have the Slovaks. So I'll go out on a limb here:

Sellers: Former military or science officials from former Soviet Bloc nations.

Buyers: Current members of Islam

Any takers? So here's the suppression that will take place, the leftist media won't have the stones to put this out there that radical Islamists came damn close to acquiring materials for a dirty bomb, or else they validate what President Bush has been telling us for so long. They also risk violating their own self policing of being politically correct. They also fail to recognize that is entirely feasible these two attempted acquisitions were not the only ones and that they have secured plutonium or uranium already. Evidence be damned, the Leftists need to paint the world the way they see it, even if innocents are killed and laws are violated to do so.

Obama: I Smoked Alot of Weed and Would Have Snorted More Coke If I Had More Money

Come on, Obama. I'd much rather have our candidate run against you, and hell, I'd rather see you be president than Hillary since you are at least slightly more honest, even if you are a left-wing defeatist, but giving this diatribe to students is beyond idiotic:

"Junkie. Pothead. That's where I'd been headed: the final fatal role of the young would be black man," Obama wrote. Mostly he smoked marijuana and drank alcohol, Obama wrote, but occasionally he would snort cocaine when he could afford it.

Drugs, Obama wrote, were a way he "could push questions of who I was out of my mind, something that could flatten out the landscape of my heart, blur the edges of my memory."

Wow. First, when there were allegations that President Bush used coke, everyone went nuts, here...not so much...because he's a liberal. Again, I will give Obama alot of credit on the honesty factor here. However, giving this talk in front of high school students isn't going to show them that "if you use drugs, things will be bad", it's more of "if you use drugs now, things will turn out A-Ok for you in the future," which is what his story pretty much has a plot.

Additionally, Mr. Obama, Being a junkie or pothead is not the "final, fatal role of the young would-be-black man is." That is the furthest from the truth. Not all black men use drugs, and not all white people do. Nor is it OK to suggest that because you were black that you were more susceptible to drug use, that is what we call....racist. Additionally, saying you would have used more coke if you had more money is just sad. Buy hey, if you were at one point an addict and you overcame that, I give you alot of credit on that, that truly is great that you overcame that ginormous obstacle. However, once again, I would like to remind you that color should not be important in this debate. I am not of mixed race, though I have alot of friends who are, and I can't say I know any who drank or did anything else because of it. In fact, none of my friends who are of different ethnic backgrounds ever used that as an excuse for anything, and basically, snickered at the people who sympathized with them who thought that it was an excuse. It was a joke to them, and one that I understood. If someone would forgive you for being an average youth of any persuasion, susceptible to everything any youth of any race would be subject too, why not let someone think more highly of you for no reason other than your race, or your perceived social status. There has never been a difference between blacks, whites, hispanics, or asians, other than ones that people have carefully created in their minds. I was a lower middle class white kid whose best friends were lower middle class blacks in my most formative years. The only arguments we ever had between us was who was going to sit in the middle back seat when we all went out. Money was never an issue between any of us, who ever was short of money when we went to Taco Bell got covered by the rest of us. That's why race isn't an issue to me, never has been, never will be. Barack Obama gets great respect for addressing his issues, but my criticism for doing it how he did. I just wish the white media could express the same thing. Hey, we all make mistakes, but this was a bad mistake for him to make at a time when he was starting to surge past Hillary. But then again, if this was his way of subverting Hillary's "dirt," again, I'll respect that. My issue with him has never been his honesty, as it has been with Hillary, but rather, my direct and polar opposite of political opinions, as he at least makes a statement consistent with what he believes even, no matter how wrong I think it is.

The Second Amendment Challenge is Frightening

Really, I'm quite sure the Supreme Court will find in favor of what our founders had in mind in regards to our Second Amendment when they take up this case. D.C. has subverted our laws for quite sometime now, and I'm confident that they will lose this case, and lose harshly. The one escape clause that the Supreme Court has and could utilize is that D.C. is not a state and is therefore not subjected to the wording of the Second Amendment which does include the word of "state" directly in its context. I, however, don't think they would take the case just to reinforce the fact that D.C. is not a state in the union. What's at stake here is whether individuals or state approved militias have the right to hold arms. Should be a no-brainer. It's apparent that the rights of individuals are what the founders had in mind in the Bill of Rights. It's a fallacious argument to say that founders felt that individuals did not feel that individuals should be allowed to possess arms as that is exactly what allowed them to overcome the British government in the cause of gaining America's freedom. It wasn't exactly a decision that was made from the colony's legislature that allowed those residing within the state to take up arms to overthrow the Brits. I'm confident the government will see it this way. As if a harbinger of things to come, even the leftist leaning PA legislature threw our Rendell's pathetic attempts to pass the buck on his horrific executive skills in enforcing laws that has resulted in outlandish murder totals in his only interest, the city of Philadelphia, by attempting to strip PA residents of their rights to bear arms. I'm confident in this one. It's something amazing that the two appointees that President Bush got on the Supreme Court will help us to keep the rights we have had since our founding in the face of the Socialist Left-Wing onslaught. Thank you President Bush.

President Bush Further Ruins International Relations as North Korea Expresses Gratitude to US

That mean ol' Bush has sullied the United States once again in the eyes of the world, by getting an extremely rare praise from the North Korean government for the rescue of a North Korean ship attacked by pirates. How dare he denigrate the U.S. in the eyes of the world by saving the crew of the North Korean vessel. Where is the outrage among the left for the U.S. Navy using force in an effort to attack those economically depressed pirates against the imperial might of the North Korean Nation. How dare he garner an official statement from the North Koreans that reads as such:

"We feel grateful to the United States for its assistance given to our crewmen. This case serves as a symbol of the DPRK [North Korea]-U.S. cooperation in the struggle against terrorism," the North's state-run Korean Central News Agency said.

Further more, how dare our President have an official North Korean statement denounce an act of terrorism, the first time they have ever done that in cooperation with our nation. Oh howl at the moon all ye moonbats. How dare our military assist a nation that we are not on great terms with when faced with a grave threat. How dare he do the right thing for the sake of doing the right thing. Grrrr.....

Something for You to Ponder

For my 100th post, I thought I'd post something to give you some perspective. With former President Clinton and Hillary attacking the media for having the audacity to ask real questions (see Tim Russert and the threats against Wolf Blitzer), and Congressional Democrats following their worthless and senseless personal vendetta against President George W. Bush by trying to strip our troops of funds, what exactly are they doing to support our troops in Iraq?

They declared the Surge a failure even before it got off the ground. That, however, is exactly the opposite of what has happened, as the Surge is working, and working extremely well. The awakening in Anbar has provided a model that is now being followed with al-Sadr's people, something no one would have though possible before the Surge was in place. Bin Laden has admitted that al-Qaeda has been effectively paralyzed by the United States forces. The Baghdad curfew is about to be lifted. All positive developments, except for the defeatists currently in control of the Congress.

So how exactly do the last two ex-presidents celebrate their Veterans Day?

Bill Clinton, who dodged the draft in Vietnam, has his staff finalize papers to be released regarded the emails from staffers about UFOs from his time in office.

President George H. W. Bush, 83, decorated World War II veteran, skydives with an Army Team.

Think about.

Harry Reid's Selfish Waste of Tax Payer Money

"Which example am I going to cite here," is probably what you're asking yourself, but the one I'm going to highlight here is the debacle of Reid's Liberal special interests taking precedence over the evidence in regards to the California Wildfires. Reid, as most Lefties are, is totally consumed with Global Warming so much so to the point that it goes back and forth with President Bush as reasons for anything that occurs. The stubbing of toe, a headache, etc.

When the fires starting, the Senate Majority Leader (ugh) made his move to say that the wildfires were the result of Global Warming (which is based on junk science as it is). Well, it turns out that's not the case at all. However, he was and still is, calling for Congressional investigations, which will start on Thursday:

On Tuesday the House Select Committee on Energy Independence and Global Warming announced a hearing:

“A Spark Neglected: Wildfires and Global Warming,” it labeled the proceedings scheduled for Thursday.

“Select committee to examine link between changing climate, frequency and intensity of wildfires,” the description continued.

A committee spokesman said the hearing “was prompted by the wildfires out West and the view of some scientists that the increasing size, frequency and intensity of these fires is affected adversely by global warming.” A panel of scientists will testify.

Pure waste of tax payer funds for multiple reasons. First, notice the nifty little headline, "A Spark Neglected". That's actually pretty funny that they would put a title like that on a Congressional study. Stupid. A select committee (gee I wonder if the people selected will have a bias in favor of Global Warming since they are for sure to be on the payrolls of companies that benefit from products that sell 'carbon-credits' and other ridiculous items) will examine the link between the climate, frequency and intensity of wildfires. The findings are going to be that "the drought conditions in California lead to the wildfires and these were caused by global warming, and manbearpig must be stopped, so we are asking everyone to move to a major city and abandon your cars and stop heating your houses." It's asinine. Maybe if they weren't so tree huggingly weird out in California they'd thin the forests out a bit, maybe put some more firebreaks in the forests/woods. But none the less.

What makes this a giant waste of time for anyone not in the snake oil/global warming business is that the cause has been found. Arson, of course, caused by a boy playing with matches. Think the committee will even once mention that a kid with matches started the fires? Not a chance. Can't blame anyone but who or what they want to be the cause so they can make the money off of it, by promoting fear to a gutless Left Wing base. You'll remember the drunken "I was assaulted...oh wait, I was hammered" Randi Rhodes went so far as to accuse Blackwater of starting the fires out in California to feed her hapless colony of moonbats. These people are morons. Global Warming, President Bush, Blackwater, none of them had anything to do with the fires. The fires were caused by arson and spread rapidly due to over regulation of the forestry system in a far left state where they are still arguing amongst their eco-warriors why wind farms (which kill birds) should be scrapped completely even though it lowers the use of fossil fuels (which they say causes global warming). He's pushing this hearing through despite knowing that the fires were started by arson in order push forward an agenda that will make a person profit for him and so that no one questions his decision to blame global warming the second the fires started. Not only do I question their patriotism, I question their sanity.

President Bush Blats Democrats for Being Lazy, Dems Respond by Giving Themselves off on all Fridays

If ever there was something that exemplified the freakshow that is Nancy Pelosi's Congress. President Bush is completely on offense against the Left Wing Congress and is beating them horribly, like the Patriots did against the Redskins. First, let's look at Bush's attack on the lazy interloafers currently running our Senate at an 11% approval rate:

President Bush blasted Democratic congressional leaders Tuesday, saying Capitol Hill "is not getting its work done" and warning Democrats not to send him measures he has threatened to veto.

Flanked by House Republican leaders outside the White House, Bush said the Democratic-controlled Congress was conducting too many investigations and engaged in "endless series of failed votes to pull our troops out of Iraq" instead of passing major legislation.

That's a devastating uppercut from President Bush. The Democratic response was basically "but..but...but...We hate you President Bush." Pathetic. Bush is absolutely right in his statement and the Dems hate nothing more than the truth. The backdoor attempt at Socialized Medicine that would cover Illegal Immigrants known as SCHIP is going to be vetoed again should the Donkeys try to turn it from a $5 Billion program into a $40 Billion program funded by tax increases. The only thing the Dems did in Iraq was put more Iraqis and troops in harms way by their shameless, reckless, and deadly condemnation of the Ottoman Empire. The war has turned so sharply in favor of the U.S. since the surge began that Dems look more and more foolish and exposed in their defeatist ways that they are purposely not giving the troops any credit and kicked up a scandalous condemnation of the Ottomans that has directly agitated the Turks into aggression against the Kurds. They knew that would happen and I call that traitorous. They attempted to create more chaos in order to placate their base by making a case that violence has not dropped sharply, which of course it has.

Now what the MSM, the liberal partners in crime for the Left Wing, is not reporting on too much what the Dems did to do EVEN LESS that what they have currently done in Congress. The Donkeys have congratulated themselves by accomplishing nothing by GIVING THEMSELVES OFF EVERY FRIDAY NEXT YEAR:

The House majority leader, Representative Steny H. Hoyer of Maryland, told fellow Democrats this week that the House would not be in session next year on Fridays, except in June for work on appropriations bills.

Should we not be able to overthrow these lazy good for nothing, defeatist, tax and spending, morons in the next election I may throw myself off a cliff. The electorate can't be that uninformed right?

The Left Wants to Blame Bush for the Califronia Fires Even Though It Was Arson

Really, is there anything they won't blame on Bush? The sun is setting....Damn you to hell George Bush! It's simply too amusing anymore due to the level of stupidity on the left to take anything they say about our President, or most anything, seriously. The cause of some of the fires was arson. When they catch the son of bitch(es) responsible, I hope they lock them up forever. My aunt lives out in San Diego, so yes, this does have some personal effect on me, but for some asshat to go out and do this intentionally when draught conditions were high, thereby guaranteeing mass chaos and devastation, it's simply evil. Here's the link on the declaration of arson being involved.

Additionally, "Global Warming" was not responsible, in case you missed that news flash, and was one of the first things the Left tried to blame this on. The Bush Bashing Mainstream Media (MSM) is in full Bush Derangement Syndrome (BDS) trying to compare this to Katrina and blaming this on National Guard members fighting for our security and liberating Iraq and Afghanistan from terrorist sociopathic thugs. Here's one of the best clips in TV history as Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger fends off and completely owns a moonbat reporter looking for anything that she can to try blame this horrific event on President Bush:

Let me just also say, and most importantly, that our thoughts and prayers are with the victims of this tragedy. I can only imagine the hardships they are experiencing. As with every tragic event in this nation, it is the people who we should keep in mind the most, and we, as American citizens, wish you all the best and have our deepest condolences.

What the Hell is Bush Thinking? FRY MADELLIN

The case of Jose Medellin is disgusting. He and his gang raped and sodomized two young girls (ages 14 and 16) before strangling and stomping them to death. Everything about this case is absolutely disgusting. This piece of trash deserves the death penalty and the flames of hell that subsequently await him. Read the whole article for more description. Put yourself in families of these victims.

At the heart of the looming court case is that Madellin, an illegal immigrant, who was read his Miranda Rights and subsequently confessed to the crime, is now challenging his conviction because he never informed he had the right to contact the Mexican consulate. Of course Mexico is backing their illegal immigrant offspring and now President Bush is too. He can not be let go because of a technicality. The precedent is awful. There are many other cases out there as well that follow this pattern where Mexico will allow their thugs and criminals illegal entry into our nation only to see our innocent civilians slaughtered at these pieces of human garbage's hands. What this basically says is that if Mexicans come here illegally and commit vicious, murderous acts, they are damned near assured of never being punished. Hardly a surprise since they are not punished for illegally coming here in the first place. Bush is wrong on this, and we need to call him out. He crotch nuzzled Mexico during shamnesty and now he is actively working to save a vicious double murderer's life, defying our nation's laws.

Mexicans here illegally are getting better treatment than our own citizens and it is outrageous. Their government is actively helping them to break our immigration laws and dumping their criminals upon us, decaying our society. They have no intention of seeking citizenship and why should they? They get free health care, pay no taxes, and are not subject to the same laws that we are. Build the damn fence already or allow the border guards to start shooting. This guy needs to get his justice. We need to stand with Texas. A technicality is just that. This evil human being needs to meet his just fate for the brutal raping, sodomizing, strangulation, and then stomping of a 14 and 16 year old girl. I don't care if this guy is from Mexico, Canada, Pluto, or the Andromeda system. Allow Texas to carry out the execution and end this monster's life.

G-Dub Goes on the Offensive at UN for Human Rights, Democracy

The moonbats of course see this more as "Emperor George" running amuck at the UN, but really has their Bush Derangement Syndrome (BDS) really run this far? President Bush is absolutely in the right to call out the situation in Myanmar and the cause of human dignity and freedom world wide. Many Liberals feel shocked that he would have the audacity to call out the UN while at the General Assembly, but the reality is, where better to call them out? The UN, for as biased and ineffective as it is, is the absolute correct place for President Bush to stand in front of the world audience and defend human rights, dignity, and freedom. Who can fault any man for uttering these words in front of the world, testifying to rights of all people of all nations:

"The nations in this chamber have our differences, yet there are some areas where we can all agree," Bush said. "When innocent people are trapped in a life of murder and fear, the declaration is not being upheld. When millions of children starve to death or perish from a mosquito bite, we're not doing our duty in the world. When whole societies are cut off from the prosperity of the global economy, we're all worse off."

"Changing these underlying conditions is what the declaration calls the work of larger freedom and it must be the work of every nation in this assembly," he said. "This great institution must work for great purposes: to free people from tyranny and violence, hunger and diseases, illiteracy and ignorance and poverty and despair."

This is absolute truth and yet, criticisms of our President run deep. How is it that the Liberal hatred of our leader, on a personal level as much as political, can trump his outright protection of the Myanmar people, where the situation has gotten so bad that the monks in that nation have now been met with deadly force for speaking out for human freedom? Indeed, curfews have been imposed, and the right to assembly simply does not exist in this section of Southeast Asia. This is precisely the time to stand with the world's people and demand freedom. What is it with those so blinded by pure lunacy that they see fit to stand against our President when he is defending human freedom in so many places all across the world? The world is doing their absolute best to ignore what is happening in Myanmar, and President Bush is taking the world, rightfully, to task for ignoring their plight. He is to be applauded, he is being a true leader.

Similarly, watching those students at Columbia cheer for everything that Ahmadinejad said was horrible. Watching this horrible display of Liberal lunacy was one of the worst things I have ever seen in my life. Here is this man, a Holocaust denier, a bigot, a murderer, a terrorist, a man who has threatened genocide, is murdering our troops, and is actively seeking nuclear weapons for use against Israel being applauded by students in an Ivy League school. The only time those moonbat fools booed him was for his saying that there was no gays in Iran. State policy of the Iranians under the Ahmandinejad and Ruhollah Khomeni. They will murder and torture anyone who is not their model person for Iranian society. Oh yea, Ahmadinejad is also a truther. He was shocked today when the wife of an Israeli he had kidnapped confronted him face to face. Kudos to President Bush for seeking new sanctions against the tyrannical regime of Iran. It is also to commended that he is voicing and showing his commitment to Afghanistan. He and President Karzai touted the successes in Afghanistan today as well.

So for all the hatred of President Bush, the BDS that is fully on display nearly every day by the Left Wing in this nation, they cannot overlook their personal hatred of our President in order to advance the cause of human freedom. Indeed, the hard left has the same reaction (and in reality, much worse in many instances) than the Cuban delegation at the UN when challenged to defend human freedom, as the Left in our nation is doing to our soldiers what the Cuban delegates did when confronted with the challenge of promoting freedom:

The Hardest of Libs Tip Their Hands, Show They are OWNED by Move On

President Bush went off on the libtards today. He called it like it is, the most hardened of socialists, I mean Democrats, are terrified of MoveOn. He's totally right of course, and from here on out, in lame-duck status he's going to be doing all he can to call them out on the kind of crap these idiots pull. Why not, right? His endorsement isn't going to exactly be a golden ticket for anyone in our party since for 7 years he has faced an amazing amount of hate from the Left and Media and has stood tall, and that's a testament to his inner strength, anyone else who faced the kind of vitriol he has would have crumbled. From calling him a moron to a liar to Hitler to evil, etc, he's stood tall, truly an amazing feat. He has placed what he believed to be right above all else, even when he inflamed the base for things like Shamnesty, but you know what? I respect him for that. I really do. Knowing how the media and moonbats assaulted his character and were desperately trying to train wreck his presidency before he even took office, he still stuck to what he believed was the right thing to do even going against his base. Much respect. The money quote from today of course, which will go down as one of the greatest lines of his presidency went like this:

"I thought the ad was disgusting," Bush told reporters in the White House briefing room.

"I was disappointed that not more leaders in the Democrat party spoke out strongly against that kind of ad, and that leads me to come to this kind of conclusion: That most Democrats are afraid of irritating a left-wing group like MoveOn.org — are more afraid of irritating them — than they are of irritating the United States military. That was a sorry deal," the president said.

He's absolutely right of course. The ad was pathetic and simply un-American. Bush even said something to the effect that he doesn't care what they say about him but to go after a general with 30 years of experience is despicable. He's even more right that the Libtards are terrified of MoveOn. The hardest of Liberals refused to condemn the ad and stick up for Gen. Petraeus and the military. The usual bought-off, corrupt scumbags of course. Hillary leads the list as she is trying to placate the base, is the most corrupt campaign fundraiser in history, and her husband owes MoveOn his soul for saving his ass from being thrown out of office. The two morons from NJ of course backed MoveOn. Both PA Senators voted to condemn the ad. Maybe Sen. Casey may well be a respectable Democrat, much like his father. Who knows? Anyway, get the roll call and follow the outrage further over at Hot Air.

In the meantime, please feel free to follow Reid, Clinton, and the likes political objectives to that of Bin Laden. Yes, I question their patriotism.

Hats Off To Japan and a Note on Foreign Policy

I really do consider Japan to be our sister nation. The bond we have with Japan is remarkable considering the history we have them, with World War II and the Atomic bombing of two of their cities. It's amazing what can happen when you stand by a nation and help rebuild them after a devastating war while allowing them to grow their own democracy. I really do think that allegory should be drawn upon more in the current situations in Afghanistan and Iraq. That being said, Japan has been a remarkable ally, a nation so interlinked with us that our pop cultures are interfaced and our citizens are treated like nationals both at home and abroad for the both of us. Japan is currently leading a push to strengthen the Pacific Alliance between themselves and India, as well as with Australia, and the United States. China feels snubbed. Good, they should. Unless you live in a shell you know what is happening with Chinese products being so tainted as to essential create a situation where it is nearly necessary to avoid the Made in China label entirely. They have been moving to keep their human rights violations under wraps, have had a few slavery rings exposed, have silenced their own trapped miner situation, and thrown accusations at the United States about the quality of our own products in a futile attempt to get out of the spotlight. The alliance the Japanese seeks to strengthen revolves around "freedom, democracy, and human rights," none of which are exactly strong points for China. That's not to say they haven't improved, if only marginally, or that they will not improve greatly in the future, it's the truth. If the Chinese really wanted to engage the international community more they'd be a bit more transparent and honest as well as provide greater human rights to its own citizens. In fact, Japan has refers to its partnership with India as the "Arc of Freedom" another direct shot at the Chinese as it is well known that the Chinese aren't exactly sold on the idea of freedom, after all they censor their media at the government level (not just the political level as is done by our Leftists) from TV broadcasts to the Internet. Of course, it's not just in America that problems exist with what is being manufactured in China. However, there is one media conglomerate that seems to sympathize with the Chinese and have some animosity towards this new deal. Click here to find out which media conglomerate is veiling sympathizing with China and is siding with Indian moonbats in opposing this alliance, in particular the nuclear potion with the U.S. I won't ruin the surprise...OK, it's not such a big surprise. Not surprisingly the Leftists in India feel that their leadership is weak and seems to have a very strong animosity towards the U.S. At this point you can use this guide when dealing with the moonbats in any country, even our own:

Leftist in ______ (Criticize, Express Caution/Outrage Over) _________ With/In The United States.

The difference between a nuclear program in India and one in Iran of course is transparency, a willingness and an invitation to have the IAEA involved in the program as well as having their representatives present at all nuclear negotiations with rock solid evidence of all activities and purchases. Huge difference. However, I wish the Indians well in dealing with the moonbats of their nation. I also commend greatly the great nation of Japan. On another note, please note how the Liberals kept saying how horrible our relationships with other nations were with other countries that were traditional allies thanks to President Bush. I'd like to point out our relationship with France has not been this strong is a long, long, time, Germany, Britain, Japan, India, and Australia have never been closer and that President Bush has very good relationships with Canada, and for better or worse (because of the immigration insanity) a very close relationship with Mexico. He also seems to have a good report with the Russians despite their inching back towards their former roles during World War II, but for the issues of comparison the friendship between Putin and President Bush is not just based on that of alcohol and women like Yeltsin and Clinton.
